This sturdy unit with convenient carrying handle is perfect for using around the house or taking with you on outdoor camping or hiking adventures. The digital AM/FM tuner is great for listening to local radio stations and the weather receiver gives you instant access to important information broadcast by NOAA on all 7 weather band frequencies. Weather alert is also included and instantly switches to your preset broadcast when a warning is issued – an indicator will light, and siren will sound giving you precious time to prepare.

The unit is more than just a weather radio. It features Bluetooth connectivity to stream your music wirelessly, and if the power goes out, illuminate your surroundings with the built-in side mounted lantern or ultra bright LED flashlight with high, low and flashing settings. A built-in siren is also included if you need to get attention in critical situations.

The JEP-900 is also water resistant and includes a multi-function red LED display, 2 Amp USB charging port for charging your cellphone, a headphone jack and built-in 8,000mAh rechargeable battery.

Charge the internal battery using the manual dynamo hand crank located on the back of the unit, with the handle mounted solar panel or with the included USB charging cord. The unit also operates using 3 x “AA” batteries (not included).
